Steep hills known as “knobs” give way to hollows and river bottoms abundant with plants and wildlife. Springtime yields Redbud trees in bloom and eye-catching displays of colorful wildflowers.

Looking for unique and homegrown farm products? Casey County is home to Amish and Mennonite communities where you will find everything from fresh produce to handmade wares. Along the way you can take a break at one of the many country stores where you can still get a sandwich and a cool soft drink.
